In order to book a carer ticket, one of the following documents needs to be uploaded:

• A valid blue badge
• Allowance book or letter confirming entitlement to Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
• Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance Letter of Award
• Incapacity Benefit books or confirmation letter of Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) or confirmation letter
• Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI) or BD8
• Access Card
• National Carers ID Card
• National Disability ID Card
